Payment
Payments are done through PayPal. PayPal is pretty amazing and takes all major credit cards. Don’t have a PayPal account? It’s OK! You can still pay via credit/debit card with out having to set up an account!

Processing Times
I know you want your items as fast as possible and work very hard to get all orders out in a timely fashion.

Made to Order Items
Please note that made to order items have a processing time of 1-2 weeks. Usually I get items out in a week, though it depends on how many orders I have. If you need an item by a certain date, please do not hesitate to contact me at Info@SaraSetzerFeltworks.com to see if I can accommodate your needs.

Ready to Ship Items
Ready to ship items will ship out in 3-5 business days (most times sooner). I often have a few of my more popular styles ready to ship, and will list this in the items info. If you have any questions if items are ready to ship or not, please email me at Info@SaraSetzerFeltworks.com

Shipping
All domestic and international shipping is done via USPS First Class (if possible), to save you money. If you want to upgrade your shipping speed, just add either Priority or Overnight to your cart.

Delivery confirmation and insurance is always applied to your shipment for your peace of mind as well as mine.

All international costumers are responsible for paying any duties and/or custom fees.

If a package is lost or damage, I will do everything in my power to work with the USPS to fix it. All packages are insured for this reason. Please understand that I have no control over the USPS or what happens to your package once it is in their possession.

It is important that you immediately contact me if a package/contents is damaged. Please included pictures of the damaged packaging/contents. This will help during the claim.

If a packaged is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact me immediately. Sometimes the USPS marks a package delivered, even when it is not.

Returns
I want you to love your purchase as much as I loved to make it. If you are not happy with the item you must let me know with in 3 days of receiving the package. You will be refunded the cost of the item, minus shipping charges once I receive the item back (in a reasonable amount of time) and it is in the condition that I sent it.
