Scarves are not just for cold weather and this ethically sourced merino wool scarf is a charming example of warm weather accessories. Hand woven in India and then conventionally dyed a lovely shade burnt orange with brown lows and yellow highlights. This wool scarf was finished by eco printing with eucalyptus leaves. This results in an intense shade of orange that is reminiscent of the summer sun setting across a savannah plain.
This burnt orange eco printed scarf measures approximately 86.6 inches long by 12 inches wide.
Please note that while I can reproduce these kinds of scarves each one will be uniquely different due to the eco printing technique.
Surprisingly lightweight and remarkably versatile, you can wear this yellow and orange leaf printed scarf with a variety of outfits. As it is handcrafted out of only the highest quality merino wool it is also easy to care for. Simply hand wash the yellow scarf with cool water and a mild detergent and then roll dry with a towel (to absorb excess water). You may then let the piece lay flat to air dry. If you decide you don’t want to wait for your merino wool scarf to air dry you can iron it on the silk setting.
